Your orders from the sections of Decor/Accessories, Tabletop and Textiles will be delivered in approximately 5 business days. All orders concerning Furniture and LIghting will be delivered in approximately 15 days. The delivery time of the merchandise depends greatly on distance. Saturday and Sunday as well as official holidays don’t constitute as business days.
Please check the delivery condition and the likelyhood of damages in your order while the delivery person is still at your delivery address. Orders without a written report of damage or breakage can’t be accepted for refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All orders can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date by getting in touch with our customer service representatives. Once you have made your request, you can return the order in the same manner it was delivered to you. If your order was delivered by our company logistics the goods need to be returned in the same manner. You can request this either by calling us or sending us an email. All items sent for refund without a request and in a different manner than the original delivery will not be accepted.
All items that have been used, damaged while in use or returned with damaged packages can’t be accepted for refund. Items should be returned in their original delivery state.
Once your return has been processed, your funds will be transferred to your original method of payment within 15 business days of your request.
